FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Can someone else pick up my order? 

Yes! The person picking up your order just needs to have your name and the details of your order (for example: How many of each item you ordered).

 

What if I can’t make it to the school during the specified pick up time?

We recommend having a friend or family member pick up your order. We only have the Community Room reserved for a limited amount of time and cannot store inventory at the school.

I ordered a “Gift Wreath”. Will my purchase be shipped to the recipient?

Yes. If you ordered a Gift Wreath and submitted the mailing address, your item will be shipped directly from the company.

Will there be additional items available for purchase at the pick up event?

Possibly. Some items were only available in bulk orders so we may have a handful of the “extra” items available for sale.
